This heirloom quality necklace is inspired by the queen Victoria. It has rows of beads and lots of little black crystal rhinestones. Featuring three beaded plates with vintage smooth glass cabochon layered with filigrees. This necklace has a lot of movement due to many tiny crystal and bead dangles.
